We may be just beginning to pull fall clothes out of storage, but style insiders are already looking ahead to warm weather trends. Pantone has issued its color report for Spring 2015. There's an emphasis on the cooler and softer side of the color spectrum, with bold color taking a more supportive role as an accent.
Pantone describes the spring colors as, "An eclectic, ethereal mix of understated brights, pale pastels and nature-like neutrals take center stage as designers draw from daydreams of simpler times. Remembrances of retro delights, folkloric and floral art, and the magical worlds of tropical landscapes restore a sense of wellbeing."
These are four of the spring colors that we like best because they look so well in jewelry!
The lead color is Aquamarine - “Aquamarine is an airy blue with a dreamy feel. Cool and calming, ethereal Aquamarine is a shade with a wet and watery feel. Open and expansive, this restful blue also acts as a stress reducer.” Jewelry? Aquamarine!
