The Killermeters - Why Should It Happen To Me?

On this date in 1979, The Killermeters released their first single, "Why Should It Happen To Me?". It was backed by "Cardiac Arrest". Both songs appeared on their sole album release, Metric Noise. They were a mod band whose roots were in punk (they were originally The Killer Meters but broke up and then took on their new mod direction as The Killermeters).
